Greg Powell has strong experience as a senior financial professional with both large and small-scale international operations in multiple sectors, including mining and technology. Several of the companies that Mr. Powell has worked with are listed onto major exchanges, including the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and it’s Venture Board (TSX-V). Mr. Powell has recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Multi-Metal Development Ltd. (TSXV:MLY) and IntelliPharmaCeutics International Inc. (TSX:IPCI), and as Director of Finance for Wave Financial Inc., Pixelworks Canada (NSD:PXLW) and its predecessor ViXS Systems Inc. (TSX:VXS). Mr. Powell is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner; and, in 2012, was awarded Fellowship in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
