MATS Update

Midwest Energy Emissions Corp. (ME2C), in an effort to keep the industry and our shareholders completely up to date on Mercury Air Toxic Standards (MATS) rule, is providing the most recent issuance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released on November 20, 2015. ME2C is committed to and continues to provide patented technology and proprietary products that have been shown to achieve mercury removal levels compliant with MATS at a significantly lower cost and with less operational impact than currently used methods, while preserving the marketability of fly-ash for beneficial use.
