EIA Releases Annual Energy Outlook

June 29, 2016

Annual Energy OutlookThe U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) recently released it's Annual Energy Outlook 2016, with and without the Clean Power Plan (CPP) in effect. According to the report, generation from coal is expected to remain stable should the CPP not be implemented, and will decline somewhat should the CPP be implemented. In either case, coal will continue to generate a significant portion of the electricity necessary to fulfill the demand in the United States, and provide an expanded market for ME2C Technology abroad.
